Tim Blythe Bio
Tim played slow pitch softball in Columbus from 1980 to 2009.
City teams he played for were, Cozy Lounge, Ziggies and Countryside Pools.
Travel teams that he played with were, Webbs Veneer, Ohio Valley Drifters, Scott County Merchants and K&G Sports.
Tim was a very versatile player, playing all positions in the infield and outfield and looked at home no matter where he was called on to play that game.
Tim was best known for his strong arm, hitting home runs both right and left handed (unheard of back in those days) and for being a very competitive player.
He also won the following tournament championships, S.I.T (Seymour), B.I.T. (Bloomington), K.I.T. (Kentucky), North Vernon 4th of July.
National Championships, Co-ed Nationals, Co-ed Regional Nationals, Class A State, Regional and National Champs.
