Over a 30 plus year career, he has been on teams that have won 48 league titles and 53 tournament titles.
Wayne has a career batting average over .650 with over 3400 hits since he began keeping track.
He was voted most outstanding player and best defensive player on teams he has played for.
Wayne was a mentor and role model for several younger players, passing his knowledge of the game to them on how to play the game right.
