Andi’s amazing natural ability was honed by multiple great coaches and her continuous work as a student of the game. She was a phenomenal catcher in both fast and slow pitch under coaches Robin and Bubba Coquerille.
She played slow pitch women’s league play in Columbus and North Vernon on multiple women’s and co-ed teams, including Designs By DeLynne/Commiskey Corner Store/Triple J and Wilson Concrete teams coached by Steve Corya.
She was voted #1 high school catcher in the state of Indiana by the coach’s association her senior year.
In 1999, she was a member of the JJJ team/Wilson Concrete team who won the state and came in second in the ASA Co-Ed Nationals and won the USSSA nationals.
